摘    要:目的:建立水中苦味酸的简便快速分析方法。方法:采用自动顶空毛细管柱气相色谱法间接测定水中微量苦味酸。结果:本法相关性好(r=0.9997),精密度高(RSD<3.0%),样品平均加标回收率为96.7%~99.5%,定性检出限为0.004μg/L,定量检出限为0.01μg/L。结论:该方法操作简便、灵敏度高、选择性强,适用于水中苦味酸的快速分析。

Abstract:Objective:To develop a simple and quick analytical method for determination of the picric acid in water.Methods:Trace picric acid in water was determined directly by capillary gas chromatography with automatic headspace sampler.Results:This method exhibited excellent relativity(r=0.9997)and good analytic precision(RSD<3.0%).The samples’ average recovery rates were in the range of 96.7%~99.5%.The detection limit(LOD)of the method was 0.004 μg/L,and the limit of quantification(LOQ)was 0.01 μg/L.Conclusion:This method was convenient,fast,sensitive and practical.It can be applied to the quick analysis for picric acid in water.
