不同手术方法对BPH伴膀胱结石疗效的影响

目的了解不同手术方法对良性前列腺增生（BPH）并发膀胱结石的应用价值。方法选择2009年1月-2010年12月来我院接受治疗的74例良性前列腺增生伴膀胱结石患者，依据患者知情同意将其中22例设为A组，21例设为B组．31例设为C组。结果A组患者无手术方案更改者，B患者手术方案更改率为4．8％，C组患者手术方案更改率为22．6％。C组患者手术方案更改率显著高于A组和B组（P〈0．05）。C组术中出血量、膀胱冲洗时间及术后置管时间显著少于A组和B。组（P〈0．05）。各组内对照显示，手术前后国际前列腺症状评分、生活质量评分、剩余尿量及最大尿流率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论如选择良好的适应证，采取经尿道激光碎石同期行TURP术治疗良性前列腺增生伴膀胱结石，疗效确切，损伤小，值得推广。

Influence of different surgical methods for the efficacy of benign prostatic hyperplasia with bladder stones

Objective To understand the applications value of different surgical methods for benign prostatic hyperplasia with bladder stones.Methods All of 74 cases of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia with bladder stones that were prenatal cared in our department of obstetrics from January 2009 to December 2010 were selected.Patients with informed consent according to which 22 cases were divided into group A,21 cases were divided into group B,31 cases were divided into group C.Results A group of patients was without surgical options to change the person,B program to change the rate of surgery in patients was 4.8%,C program to change the surgical patients was 22.6%.C program to change the surgical patients was significantly higher than group A and group B(P<0.05).Group C,blood loss,postoperative bladder catheterization time and washing time was significantly less in group A and group B(P<0.05).The control group showed that before surgery,after the international prostate symptom score,quality of life score,residual urine and maximum urinary flow rate difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion If you choose a good indication to concomitant transurethral laser lithotripsy TURP in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia with bladder stones,effective,damage,should be promoted.
