| 摘 要： | 目的 建立HPLC法同时测定清热解毒软胶囊中黄芩苷和栀子苷的含量.方法 样品采用石油醚脱脂,50％甲醇超声提取.色谱柱为COSMOSIL C18-MSⅡ柱,流动相为甲醇-0.2％磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱,检测波长为238 nm,流速为1.0 mL·min-1.结果 黄芩苷、栀子苷的平均回收率分别为104.2％、99.26％,RSD分别为2.0％、1.7％(n=6).结论 该法简便、准确、专属性强,可用于清热解毒软胶囊的质量控制.

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a HPLC method to determine Baicalin and Geniposide in Qingrejiedu Soft Capsules.Methods COSMOSIL C18-MS-Ⅱ column was applied with a mobile phase of methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid in gradient elution.The detection wavelength was set at 238 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.Results The average recoveries were 104.2% for Baicalin with RSD of 2.0%;99.26% for Geniposide with RSD of 1.7%(n=6).Conclusion The method is simple,specific and accurate,which can be used for quality control of Qingrejiedu Soft Capsules. |
