| 摘 要： | 目的：建立反相高效液相色谱法测定蒙药辛木兴-6中大黄酚的含量。方法：采用Diamonsil RP-C18色谱柱（250×4.6 mm,5μm）,以甲醇-0.1%磷酸水（85﹕15）为流动相,流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长254nm,柱温30℃。结果：本制剂中大黄酚进样浓度在0.00804～0.0804μg.mL-1范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9995）,加样回收率为100.7%,RSD为1.38%（n=9）。结论：该方法操作简便、准确、重现性好,可作为本品的质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a method for the determination of chrysophanol in Xinmuxing-6 with HPLC.Methods: The determination was performed by HPLC on ODS C18 column(250×46 mm,5μm).The mobile phase consisted of methanol:0.1% phosphoric acid water(85:15) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm,and the column temperature was maintained at 30℃.Results: The linear range of chrysophanol was 0.00804-0.0804μg·mL-1(r=0.9995).The average recovery rate of chrysophanol was 100.7%,with RSD being 1.38%(n=9).Conclusion: The detemination method is simpIe,accurate and reproducible,and suitabIe for the quality control of Xinmuxing-6. |
