| 摘 要： | 目的:了解癌症病人创伤后成长的现况及影响因素。方法:采用创伤后成长量表(PTGI)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对方便取样的80例住院癌症病人进行调查。结果:①女性病人创伤后成长得分高于男性;②有配偶病人创伤后成长得分高于无配偶者;③癌症病人社会支持与创伤后成长呈中度正相关;④回归分析显示社会支持得分、性别和癌症分期是影响癌症病人创伤后成长的显著因素。结论:社会支持、性别和癌症分期是影响癌症病人创伤后成长的显著因素。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate current situation of posttraumatic growth(PTG) of cancer patients and possible influencing factors,to provide reference to the psychological state of cancer patients.Methods: A total of 80 cancer patients were investigated by filling out Posttraumatic Growth Inventory(PTGI),Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS) and general questionnaire.Results: ①Compared with men,women got higher scores in the PTGI.②Compared with those cancer patients with no spouse,those cancer patients with spouse got higher scores in the PTGI.③The social support were positively correlated with posttraumatic growth.④Regression analysis showed that social support score,gender and cancer staging were the significant factors of patients’ posttraumatic growth.Conclusion: Social support,gender and cancer staging are the significant factors of patients’ posttraumatic growth. |
