枸杞总黄酮对运动小鼠腓肠肌抗氧化能力的影响

摘    要:目的观察枸杞总黄酮对运动小鼠腓肠肌抗氧化能力的影响。方法选择60只雄性健康小鼠,随机分为安静对照组、递增游泳训练组、递增游泳训练+TFL组,每组20只。递增游泳训练组,递增游泳训练+TFL组进行4周的低氧递增游泳训练。递增游泳训练+TFL组在训练期间每天以青海枸杞叶提取物水溶液灌胃。4周后记录小鼠力竭游泳时间和腓肠肌丙二醛含量、超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性。结果①递增游泳训练组小鼠力竭游泳时间显著短于递增游泳训练+TFL组(P<0.05)。②腓肠肌丙二醛含量递增游泳训练组显著高于递增游泳训练+TFL组(P<0.05)。③腓肠肌超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性递增游泳训练组低于递增游泳训练+TFL组(P<0.05)。结论TFL具有提高小鼠运动耐力及清除活性氧的作用。

Abstract:Objective It is to observe the influence of total flavonoids of lycium barbarum L(TFL) on anti-oxidation of gastrocnemius of acute exercise mice.Methods 60 mice were chose and divided into control group,training group and training + TFL group,with 20 mice in each.The swimming training was performed in training group and training + TFL group for 4 weeks.The mice of training + TFL group were injected intragastrically with extract in Qinghai Lycium Barbarium leaf Everyday.After 4 weeks,the exhaustive swimming time,and SOD activity, GSH-Px activity and MDA content in gastrocnemius were determined after exhaustive swimming.Results ①The exhaustive swimming time of mice in the training + TFL group was significantly longer than those in the training group(P<0.05).②The MDA content in the training group was increased significantly compared with the training + TFL group(P<0.05).③SOD activity and GSH-Px activity in the training group were significantly lower than those in the training + TFL group(P<0.05).Conclusion TFL can increase the exercise tolerance of mice and clean the active oxygen.
