蓝光照射联合中药石膏倒模治疗中度痤疮临床观察

目的观察蓝光照射联合中药石膏倒模治疗中度痤疮的临床疗效。方法将516例中度痤疮患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组320例,每周2次蓝光照射联合每周1次中药石膏倒模治疗;对照组196例,每周2次单纯蓝光照射治疗。3周后判定临床疗效。随访3个月,观察远期疗效、复发情况及安全性。结果治疗组有效率为80.94%,对照组有效率为62.24%。结论蓝光照射联合中药石膏倒模治疗中度痤疮安全、有效。

The Combination Therapy of Blue Light and Chinese Medicine Gesso Face Mask in Moderate Acne

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the combination therapy of blue light and Chinese medicine gesso face mask in moderate acne. Methods Five hundred and sixteen patients with moderate acne were randomly divided into two groups,the combination therapy group and the control group. Three hundred and twenty patients in the combination therapy group using blue light twice a week and Chinese medicine gesso face mask once a week,one hundred and ninety-six patients in the control group using pure blue light. Efficacy evaluation was judged after three weeks. Then follow-up visit was conducted for 3 months to observe the prostecdtive efficacy and the relapse. Results The effective rate in the combination therapy group was 80.94% while that in the control group was 62.24%. Conclusion The combination therapy of blue light and Chinese medicine face mask is safe and effective for moderate acne.
