| 摘 要： | 鼻窦平滑肌瘤是鼻腔鼻窦肿瘤中较为罕见的肿瘤,国内相关学科对此报道亦少。我院收治1例,现报道如下。1材料与方法病人,女性,27岁,因左侧鼻腔进行性鼻塞伴头痛,间歇性鼻出血2年多,于2003年6月9日入院。入院体查:左侧鼻腔被暗红色的肿物充填满,肿物质软、触之出血,鼻腔的外侧壁结

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the elinieopathological feature of paranasal sinuses leiomyoma combining with literature review, Methods The clinieal parameter characters including clinical bilogy, pathology, surgery and prognosis were analyzed according to one case of the patient reported. Results paranasal sinuses leiomyona was not found after two years of observion. Conclusion paranasal sinuses leiomyona is a kind of bengin tumor,its diagnosis depend mainly on pathology and the treatment depend upon surgery. |
