冠心病患者血清总胆红素水平的临床研究

目的研究冠心病(CAD)与血清总胆红素(TBIL)的关系。方法测定CAD患者和正常对照组血清TBIL。结果267例CAD患者血清TBIL水平为(8.98±4.26)μmol/L,356例正常对照组血清TBIL水平为(13.61±5.78)μmol/L,两组血清TBIL水平有显著性差异(u=6.12,P<0.01);病例-对照在不同血清TBIL浓度的构成比不同,病例组低浓度比例高于对照组,高浓度比例低于对照组(χ2=23.92;P<0.01);病例对照配对分析,低血清TBIL水平与CAD有关,与非低浓度相比,低浓度血清血清TBIL可使CAD的危险性增加2.17倍(OR=3.17;χ2=12.5;P<0.01)。结论低浓度血清TBIL水平与CAD的发病之间可能存在相关性。

Levels of serum total bilirubin in patients with cornary heart disease

Objective To observe the relationship between serum total bilirubin levels(STBIL)and cornary heart disease.Methods RXL and BAYER1650 biochemical analysis equipment were used to detect serum total bilirubin concentration of cornary heart disease patients(disease group)and healthy peoples(control group).All of data were analyzed by some related statistic methods.Results The STBIL level of 267 disease group was 8.98±4.26μmol/L,the 356control group was 13.61±5.78μmol/L.The two group levels were significantly different(u=6.12,P<0.01).The ratio of two groups was different in each concentration of STBIL.In low concentration ,disease group was higher than control group,but lower than in high concentration(χ~2=23.92;P<0.01).The low level of STBIL was related with cornary heart disease and risk was 2.17 times compared with high level(OR=3.17;χ~2=12.5;P<0.01). Conclusion Low level of serum total bilirubin is possibily related to cornary heart disease.
