Microsim医学模拟培训系统在住院医师临床技能培训中的应用

目的探讨Mierosim医学模拟培训系统在医务人员临床思维技能培训中的应用效果。方法对比医务人员培训前及培训后考核成绩并进行统计分析，同时应用自制调查表进行问卷调查。结果系统培训练习后考核成绩为（82．524±11．078），明显高于系统培训练习前的（59．047±26．898），P〈0．01，差异有统计学意义。结论Mierosim医学模拟培训系统可将临床技能与临床应用融为一体对参训者进行培训，以提高临床综合思维、判断能力和综合救治能力。

Application of Microsim medical simulation training system in residents clinical practice training

Objective To investigate the effects of applying Microsim medical simulation training system in medical staff＇s clinical thinking and skill training. Methods We compared the staff＇s exam scores before and after the systemic training and made a statistical analysis. At the same time we surveyed the training effect with the self-made questionnaire. Results After the systemic training, the staff ＇s average exam score was increased to 182. 524 ± 11. 078 ） from 159. 047 ± 26. 898 ） before the systemic training with a significant difference （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion By training clinical skill and clinical application as a whole, Mierosim medical simulation training system can effectively improve the residents abilities in comprehensive clinical thinking, judgment and comprehensive treatment.
