| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨经尿道前列腺电汽化切除术的操作技巧和并发症的防治.方法:30例前列腺增生患者,术中分别使用汽化电极和切割电极,由膀胱颈至精阜,完整切除腺体;而对年老体弱的患者,则切除部分腺体以利减轻症状.结果:术后疗效满意,无1例发生穿孔、出血、经尿道前列腺切除综合征及尿失禁等并发症.结论:前列腺电汽化切除术是治疗前列腺增生的有效方法.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the operation techniques for benign prostate hyperplasia(BPH) and the prevention and treatment of its complications.Methods:Thirty cases of BPH received transurethal resection and vaporization of prostate(TUVP),using grored vapor trode and vapor tome in operation.Resection was performed from neck of bladder to verumontanum.However,for old and weak patients,part resection of prostate is performed to relieve symptoms.Results:The general results were satisfactory.No puncture of bladder,bleeding,transurethral prostatic resection syndrome(TURS) or incontinence were observed.Conclusions:TUVP is an effective approach for BPH. |
