摘    要:目的:探讨高原地区使用高千伏(kV)和普通千伏数字X线摄影(digital radiography,DR)对人体胸部影像质量的影响及曝光量的差异。方法:研究对象分为实验1组、实验2组和对照组,实验组摄影条件为120kV,对照组摄影条件为85kV,使用DR系统摄取胸部正位片,记录曝光条件及评价影像质量。结果:经统计实验组与对照纽影像质量有显著性差异(P=0.000〈0.05),曝光量(mAs)平均值相差3.4倍左右。结论:胸部高千伏摄影可显著减少因呼吸运动产生的模糊影像而提高影像质量,并能显著降低X线曝光量,减少受检者的辐射剂量。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the influence over the image quality of the human body chest and the difference of exposed quantity applying Digital Radiography(DR) with high kV and common kV at high altitude. Methods The study subjects were divided into experiment group l, experiment group 2 and control group. The expose condition of experiment group was 120kV, and the expose condition of control group was 85 kV, with DR system taking chest PA photographs. Then each exposed condition was recorded and each image quality was evaluated, Results The image qualities of two groups showed notable difference, with P value of 0.000, and the average value of exposed X-ray quantity(mAs) differed by 3.4 times. Conclusion Chest radiography with high kV can reduce blurry images because of the breathe movement and improve the image quality. It can reduce the exposed X-ray quantity and radiated dose to patients evidently. [Chinese Medical Eouioment Journal. 2010, 31 (5). 74-75]
