腹腔镜小儿腹股沟斜疝修补术式探讨

目的:探讨腹腔镜小儿腹股沟斜疝修补两种手术方式的技术要点及适应证。方法:随机选取腹股沟斜疝患儿76例,应用两种手术方式治疗,比较两种手术的技术要点、难易度及疗效。结果:患儿均用腹腔镜完成手术。直接缝合53例,手术时间10~30min,1例术后发生鞘膜积液。导引针缝合23例,手术时间5~30min,无复发病例。结论:两种术式治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝均有效。直接缝合更适于疝囊较大的患儿,导引针缝合更适于疝囊较小的患儿。

Investigation of laparoscopic prosthesis for children's indirect inguinal hernia

Objective:To discuss technique and indication of two different laparoscopic herniorrhaphies for children's indirect inguinal hernia.Methods:Seventy-six children with indirect inguinal hernia were randomly selected and treated by 2 kinds of laparoscopic surgery.The technique,difficulty and therapeutic effect of the 2 operations were compared.Results:The laparoscopic operation was uneventful.53 cases underwent direct suture(1 case appeared postoperative hydrocele),the operating time was 10-30min.23 cases were operated by ingress needle(no complication),the operation time was 5-30min,and no recurrence occurred.Conclusions:Both laparoscopic procedures treat children's indirect inguinal hernia effectively.Direct suture is suitable for the child with large hernial sac,and ingress needle is better used for child with small hernial sac.
