| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨儿童中耳胆脂瘤的发病特点、临床表现以指导临床诊断和治疗。方法：将88例患儿的临床表现、体征及手术发现，愈后进行回顾性分析。结果：手术愈后良好，多数患儿听力保存，部分患儿听力提高。结论：早期诊断、早期治疗，可早期切除胆脂瘤，并可保存听力。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the clinical features of middle ear cholesteatoma in children. Methods:The clinical demonstrations, signs, operation findings and prognosis of 88 cases were analyzed Results:Operation was satisfactory Most of the children's hearing was kept, some children's hearing was improved Conclusion:Early diagnosis and early treatment can remove cholesteatoma and conserve hearing. |
