依巴斯汀联合雷公藤多甙治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效观察

目的:观察依巴斯汀(Ebastin)联合雷公藤多甙(Tripterygium Wilfordii Hook.f.)治疗慢性荨麻疹(Chronic ur-ticaria,CU)的治疗效果。方法:入选病例84例,均符合慢性荨麻疹诊断标准和排除标准,随机分为两组:对照组(41例),单纯使用依巴斯汀10mg/次,1次/d;观察组(43例),在对照组基础上加用雷公藤多甙,10mg/次,3次/d,均连用28d。治疗结束后,比较两组症状积分下降指数(symptom score reduce index,SSRI)及总有效率和药物不良反应。结果:SSRI观察组为2.42±1.98,对照组为3.98±2.61,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总有效率:观察组和对照组分别为90.69%和67.32%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);药物不良反应轻微,可耐受,不影响疗程。结论:依巴斯汀联合雷公藤多甙治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效肯定,药物不良反应轻微,较依巴斯汀单药治疗慢性荨麻疹,有一定优势,值得临床推荐和进一步研究。

Clinical Obsrvation on Therapeutic Effects of Chronic Urticaria Treated by Ebastine and Tripttryginum Wilfordii Hook. f.

Objective：To observe the therapeutic effects of chronic urtiearia（CU） treated by Ebastine and Tripterygiurn wilfordii Hook. f. Methods： 84 patients with Chronic urticaria were divided into two groups randomly： the control group （41 cases） was treated only by Ebastine 10mg oral Qd; the observation group （43 cases） on the basis of the control group was given Tripterygium wilfordii Hook. f. 10mg oral Tid, which its treated for 28 days. After therapy, the indexes such as the symptom score reduce index（ SSRI） and total effective rate were detected and calculated, which its were compared in the two groups and then statistically analyzed. To observe adverse effects of the drugs. Results：After therapy,SSRI： the observation group was 2.42±1.98, while it was 3.98 ±2. 61 in the control group, the difference between the two groups had statistics signifieanee（P〈0. 05）;the total effective rate were 90. 69% VS 67. 32% respectively, the observation group was better than the control group（P〈0. 05）. The incidence of adverse reaction was lower, which it was no obvious difference between the two groups, it was not influence therapy. Conclusion： The observation group is curative effect affirmation in treating patients with Chronic urticaria and adverse reaction is lower, which it＇s worth recommending in clinic and further research.
