炒王不留行配方颗粒高效液相指纹图谱研究

摘    要:目的:采用高效液相色谱法建立炒王不留行配方颗粒的指纹图谱,为炒王不留行配方颗粒质量标准提供依据。方法:Boston C18色谱柱(5μm,4.6mm×250mm),流速:1.0mL/min,柱温:30℃,检测波长:280nm,流动相为甲醇(A)-0.3%的磷酸水溶液(B),采用梯度洗脱,梯度洗脱程序为:0~30min(10%~40%A),30~40min(40%A),40~44min(40%~45%A)。结果:建立HPLC指纹图谱共有模式,10批炒王不留行配方颗粒相似度大于0.95。结论:该方法准确、可靠、重复性好,可作为炒王不留行配方颗粒质量控制的较好手段。

Research on HPLC Fingerprint of Fried Cowherb seed Formula granules
Abstract:Objective:To develop a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) fingerprint of fried cowherb seed formula granules.Methods:The chromatographic column was Boston C18(5μm,4.6mm×250mm).The mobile phase was methanol and 0.3% phosphoric acid water with gradient elution.Flow rate was 1.0mL/min at 30℃ and detection wavelengh was 280 nm.Results:The common mode of HPLC fingerprint was developed and quality of fried cowherb seed formula granules was similar.Conclusion:This method is accurate and reproducible,which can be used for the quality control of fried cowherb seed formula granules.
