参归仁颗粒质量标准研究

摘    要:目的:建立参归仁颗粒的质量标准。方法:用TLC法对人参、当归进行定性鉴别;用高效液相色谱法测定人参中人参皂苷Rb1、Re、Rg1的含量。结果:TLC图谱特征明显,人参皂苷Rb1、Re、Rg1分别在0.212~2.12mg/mL、0.2156~2.156mg/mL、0.206~2.06mg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率及RSD均达到标准。结论:该方法简便可行,重复性好,能有效控制参归仁颗粒的质量。

Study on Quality Standand of Shenguiren Granule
Abstract:Objective:To establish the quality standard for Shenguiren Granules.Methods:Ginseng and Angelica were qualitatively identified by TLC.To establish a method for the measure of ginsenoside Rb1,Re,Rg1 in Ginseng with HPLC.Results:The chromatographic characteristics for TLC identification were distinct.The linearity ranges for ginsenoside Rbl,Re,Rg1 were 0.212-2.12mg(r=0.9999),0.2156-2.156mg(r=0.9999) and 0.206-2.06mg(r=0.9999),respectively.The average recoveries and RSD were comply with the requirements.Conclusion:The used method is feasible with good reproducibility and can control the quality of the Shenguiren granules effectively.
