艾司西酞普兰与阿米替林治疗老年期抑郁症疗效观察

目的:探讨艾司西酞普兰与阿米替林治疗老年期抑郁症的临床疗效和安全性。方法:选取86例老年期抑郁症住院患者,将其随机分为研究组和对照组各43例,进行为期8周的治疗,研究组采用艾司西酞普兰进行治疗,对照组采用阿米替林进行治疗,于治疗前和治疗后第2、4、6、8周末以汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和副反应量表(TESS)分别评价两组患者的疗效和安全性。结果:治疗8周末,研究组总有效率为93.02%,明显高于对照组(62.79%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,研究组HAMD减分率明显降低,且TESS评分也明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:艾司西酞普兰治疗老年抑郁症,具有疗效好、安全性高等优点,值得临床推广使用。

Clinical Observation on the Efficacy and Safety of Escitalopram Amitriptyline in the Treatment of Depression in the Elderly

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of escitalopram amitriptyline in the treatment of depression in the elderly.Methods:86 cases of our hospital from September 2011 to December 2012 senile depression patients,the patients were randomly divided into study group and the control group for a period of eight weeks of treatment,the study group(n=43) using esmolol citalopram treatment control group(n = 43) using amitriptyline treatment.2,4,6,8 weekend Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD) and adverse events scale(TESS) before treatment and after treatment to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the patients,respectively.Results:8 weeks after treatment,the study group,the total effective rate was 93.02%,significantly higher than 62.79%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group,HAMD reduction rate of the study group was significantly reduce and TESS scores is equally significantly lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Escitalopram in the treatment of depression,compared with amitriptyline,has good efficacy,safety and other advantages,is worthy of clinical use.
