摘    要:目的:观察灯盏花素对急性肺栓塞大鼠的保护作用。方法:将40只健康SD雄性大鼠随机分成4组,即假手术组、模型组、灯盏花素低剂量组与灯盏花素高剂量组,各10只。其中模型组、灯盏花素低剂量组、灯盏花素高剂量组在制备肺栓塞模型时均采用颈总静脉注射自体血栓的方法,假手术组则注射葡萄糖氯化钠注射液。灯盏花素低剂量组、灯盏花素高剂量组腹腔注射灯盏花素进行干预。取大鼠动脉血行血气分析;测定大鼠肺系数、湿质量干质量比(W/D);检测大鼠肺组织丙二醛(MDA)含量,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果:灯盏花素高、低剂量组较模型组的氧分压(PO2)、二氧化碳分压(PCO2)水平均升高,灯盏花素高、低剂量组肺系数、W/D、MDA含量较模型组降低,SOD活性较模型组升高。结论:灯盏花素对急性肺栓塞大鼠有保护作用。

Abstract:Objective:Investigate the protection of breviscapine on acute pulmonary embolism of rat, Methods:40 SD rats were randomly divided into four groups, sham group, model group, low dose breviscapine group and high dose breviscapine group. SD rats in model group, low dose breviscapine group and high dose breviscapine group were injected by carotid intravenous injection self-thrombus for establishment of pulmonary embolism model. Rat model in treatment groups were intervened by breviseapine. Arterial blood in rats were measured by blood gas analysis. Pulmonary coefficient, W/D, MDA, SOD were measured. Results.PO2 and PCO2 in low dose breviscapine group and high dose breviscapine group were inereased(P〈0. 01 or P〈0. 05). Pulmonary coefficient,W/D, MDA were decreased in comparison with those in model group(P〈0. 01 or P〈0. 05). SOD was increased in comparison with those in model group(P〈0. 01). Conclusion. Breviscapine has protection on acute pulmonary embolism of rat.
