中西医结合治疗重型急性胰腺炎40例临床分析

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗重型急性胰腺炎的临床治疗效果。方法:选择重型急性胰腺炎患者80例,将其随机分为观察组与对照组各40例,两组患者均接受同等的基础治疗,观察组患者在基础治疗的基础上加服清胰陷胸汤或者是复方清肠汤与活血化瘀方剂,观察两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组有31例患者经非手术治愈,治愈率为77.50%,平均治愈好转时间为14.6d,治疗中转手术患者9例(2.50%),病死率为5.00%;对照组患者治愈24例,治愈率为60.00%,平均治愈好转时间为23.9d,治疗中转手术患者16例(40.00%),病死率为12.50%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗重型急性胰腺炎具有较高的治愈率,且并发症发生率小,病死率低,取得了良好疗效,特别是中药应用于重症急性胰腺炎的整个治疗,疗效更加明显,值得临床推广使用。

Combining Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis and Heavy Patients Clinical Analysis

Objective:To analysis of heavy acute pancreatitis and clinical therapeutic effect.Methods:Choose heavy patients with acute pancreatitis 80 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of the forty cases,two groups of patients to accept the same basic treatment,observation group of patients with pancreatic in chest take clear soup or compound clear bowel soup and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis formula,to observe the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:The observation group 31 patients after non-operative cure,cure rate was 77.50%,and the average healing time was 14.6 d,better treatment of transit to surgery 9 patients(2.50%),and case fatality ratio was 5.00%,Control group patients,24 cases were cure rate was 60.00%,and the average healing time was 23.9 d,better treatment of transit to surgery patients 16 cases(40.00%),and case fatality ratio was 12.50%,two groups of comparisons difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of heavy acute pancreatitis has higher cure rate and complication rate is small,the case fatality rate is low,has obtained the good curative effect,traditional Chinese medicine used in severe acute pancreatitis whole treatment,the curative effect is more evident,clinical promotion use.
