多层螺旋CT的低剂量扫描及其后处理技术在儿童气道异物诊断中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)的低剂量扫描及其后处理技术在儿童气道异物诊断中的应用价值。方法收集42例经支气管镜证实有气道异物患儿的肺部MSCT资料,其中26例为低剂量扫描,16例为常规剂量扫描,分别对2组图像资料观察分析。结果26例低剂量扫描患儿中,MSCT显示气道异物25例,检出率为95%。16例常规剂量扫描患儿中,MSCT显示气道异物16例,检出率为100%,两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论MSCT的低剂量扫描与常规剂量扫描在儿童气道异物的显示方面差异无统计学意义,它可以确定异物的具体位置,对手术定位起到了指导作用,而且大大降低了射线量,儿童气道异物的CT检查应优先使用低剂量扫描。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the value of low-dose multislice CT and different post-precessings in children with suspected foreign body aspiration. Methods Forty-two children with foreign body aspiration were scanned transversely and recoastructed by multislice CT, twenty-six were scanned with low-dose, the others were scanned with conventional dose. Results Twenty-five cases were diagnosed have foreign body in those scanned with low-dose, the positivity is 95%. Sixteen cases were diagnosed have foreign body in those scanned with conventional dose, the positivity is 100%. Conclusion Muhislice CT and different post-processings were proved to be very valuable on diagnosing of foreign body in trachea or bronchia of children, it can show the location of the foreign body before operation, there was no obviously difference between using low-dose and conventional dose, low-dose should be used priority.
