脑卒中患者血清Hcy、Npt水平与脑梗塞的关系

摘    要:目的:探讨急性脑梗塞(ACI)患者外周血清新蝶呤(Npt)、血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与ACI病情严重程度的关系。方法:入选49例ACI患者(ACI组)、33例腔隙性脑梗塞(LI组)患者,检测两组患者入院24h内,72h,7d血清Npt和Hcy水平及相关临床指标(包括血压,血糖,血脂等),另选择30例健康体检者(正常对照组)进行对照。结果:入院24h内,与正常对照组比较,LI组和ACI组血清Npt(3.12±0.23)μg/dl比(5.27±1.24)μg/dl比(6.03±1.65)μg/dl]、Hcy(12.21±0.78)μmol/L比(15.35±1.95)μmol/L比(18.5±4.2)μmol/L]水平明显升高(P<0.05),且ACI组明显高于LI组(P<0.05);7d后,LI组和ACI组血清Npt(3.45±1.05)μg/dl、(4.07±1.25)μg/dl]、Hcy(12.35±1.79)μmol/L、(12.70±2.2)μmol/L]水平明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:血清同型半胱氨酸、新蝶呤水平与脑梗塞的发病有关,有助于脑梗塞的危险程度分析。

Abstract:Objective: To study relation among serum neopterin (Npt), homocysteine (Hcy) levels and severity of a- cute cerebral infarction (ACI) in ACI patients. Methods: A total of 49 ACI patients (ACI group) and 33 cases with lacunar infarction (LI) (LI group) were enrolled. Serum levels of Npt, Hcy and relative clinical indexes (includingblood pressure, blood glucose and blood lipids etc. ) were measured in two groups within 24h, 72h and 7d after ad- mission. Another 30 healthy subjects (normal control group) were enrolled for control. Results: Compared with normal control group within 24h after admission, there were significant increase in serum levels of Npt (3.12 ± 0.23)μg/dl vs. (5.27 ± 1.24) μg/dl vs. (6.03 ± 1.65) μg/dl] and Hcy (12.21 ± 0.78) μmol/L vs. (15.35 ± 1.95) μmol/L vs. (18.5± 4.2) μmol/L] in LI group and ACI group (P〈0.05 all), and those of ACI group were signifi- cantly higher than those of LI group, P〈0.05 both; after 7d, there were significant decrease in serum levels of Npt (3.45 ± 1.05) μg/dl, (4.07 ±1.25) μg/dl] and Hcy (12.35 ± 1.79) μmol/L, (12.70 ± 2.2) μmol/L] in LI group and ACI group, P〈0.05 all. Conclusion: Serum levels of homocysteine and neopterin are related with occur- rence of cerebral infarction, which can help to analyze risk degree of cerebral infarction.
