| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨和观察单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ型胸苷激酶基因(TK)逆转录病毒载体生产细胞(PLTKcSN／VPC)结合羟甲基无环鸟苷(GCV)系统治疗(基因治疗)恶性胶质瘤的方法在人体内的安全性。方法在围手术期内对接受该治疗的患进行临床观察和护理。结果 19例患接受该治疗后产生一些轻微的毒副作用,包括发热、神经系统症状、心血管及消化系统反应,对症处理后均可控制。结论 通过密切观察和护理．可有效地预防和减轻治疗后不良反应。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the toxicity of the herpes simplex thymidine kinase gene(TK ) and ganciclovir(GCV) system in patients with malignant gliomas. Methods To retrospectively analyze the basic nursing materials of 19 patients obtained during peri-operative observation. Results Some slight side effects were found, including fever,symptoms of neruological system, and some changes in circulation and gastro-intestinal systems. All the side effects could be relieved after prompt treatment. Conclusion The toxicity effects of the PLTKcSN/VPC and GCV system could be effectively prevented and relieved through close observation and nursing. |
