乳腺癌发病趋向及X射线摄影普查的研究

目的：探讨乳腺癌的发病趋向及影像学普查方法,为早期诊断、早期治疗提供依据。方法：通过探讨乳腺癌流行病学特点,明确乳腺癌发病的危险因素,选择合适的乳腺癌普查方法。结果：乳腺癌发病率持续上升并具有明显的年轻化趋势;乳腺癌的发病与遗传因素、生殖因素、激素代用品的应用、不合理的营养、饮食以及接受放射线等危险因素有密切关系。结论：重视乳腺癌早期诊断、早期治疗,乳腺癌的早期预防尤为重要;X射线检查是目前早期发现乳腺癌最有效的方法。

Research on incidence trend of breast cancer and X-ray mammography in the breast cancer screening

Objective： To discuss the incidence tendency of the breast cancer as well as the approaches of imaging reconnaissance in order to provide the basis for early diagnosis and early treatment of the breast cancer. Methods：To clarify the dangerous factors of the incidence of the breast cancer and choose the appropriate methods for the general examination through probing into the epidemiological characteristics of the disease. Results：The incidence of breast cancer is rising continuously and evidently tends to happen to younger women;The cause of the disease is closely associated with inheritance, reproductiveness, the application of the hormone substitute, improper nutrition and diet as well as some dangerous factors like the exposure to radiation. Conclusion：A particular importance ought to be attached to the early diagnosis, treatment and early precautions against breast cancer;X-ray examination is at present the most effective way of diagnosing the disease.
