医学院校机能实验室设备管理初探

目的：探索机能实验教学仪器设备科学有效的管理及维护方法，提高仪器设备的完好率及使用效率。方法：通过加强实验室设备管理的队伍建设及设备管理的制度化建设，在设备的申报、接收、管理及维护各个环节均实行岗位责任制，使其发挥最佳效益。结果：通过对实验室实行科学规范的管理方法，保证了仪器设备的完好率及使用效率，充分发挥了机能实验室服务教学、培养创新人才的功能。结论：实验室教学设备的管理水平直接影响高校的教学质量，是教学和科研工作顺利进行的重要保障。

Preliminary exploration on equipment management in laboratory of medical functional science

Objective：To explore the methods of effectively manage and maintain instrument and equipment in medical functional experiment teaching, to maximally improve the intact rate and availability. Methods： We strengthened our team construction and institutionalized construction of laboratory equipment management. We executed the regulations of post responsibility in equipment’s declaration, receive, management and maintenance, to make it play the best benefit. Results：Through the implementation of scientific management methods for laboratory, we ensured the equipment intact rate and availability, and the laboratory played the function of serve teaching and cultivation of innovative talents. Conclusion： The level of laboratory teaching equipment management directly affects the quality of teaching in colleges and universities, and equipment management is an important guarantee of teaching and research work smoothly.
