摘    要:目的 探讨ICU分专业组周目标教学模式在护理临床教学中的应用方法及效果.方法 试验组63名学生采用分专业组周目标教学方法,对照组64名学生采用周目标带教模式.出科时对学生进行专科理论知识、操作技能考核,并采用问卷调查学生对教学的评价.结果 出科考核成绩试验组优于对照组(P<0.01).试验组学生教学评价结果优于对照组(P<0.01).结论 ICU分专业组周目标教学模式能全面提高学生的专业技能,增强学生的学习动力和职业归属感,提高学习效果,适合在ICU的临床教学中开展.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effects of week target teaching mode by sub-professional groups in the clinical teaching of Intensive Care Units(ICU). Methods The week target teaching mode by sub-professional groups in ICU was applied in the experimental group. The teaching outcomes were evaluated by theory exam,skills test and questionnaires. Results The students' performance in the exam and evaluation on the teaching method in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P〈0.01 ). Conclusion The week target teaching mode by sub-professional groups in ICU can improve the students' professional skills,leaning enthusiasm and their sense of belonging in nursing profession,thus to improve the teaching outcomes. It is suitable to be used in the clinical teaching of ICU.
