护理学本科中西医结合特色人才培养模式的改革与实践

为了适应护理学科的发展和社会需求,正确把握高等护理教育发展趋势,学院坚持“以人为本、以社会需求为导向”的原则,通过确立护理学（本科）专业特色人才培养目标;构建以能力为核心的培养模式;制订护理学本科指导性培养计划;转变护理教学理念;改革实践教学模式,注重产学研结合;全面提升学生综合素养及实施教学改革等措施,确立了护理学（本科）专业中西医结合特色护理人才培养模式.通过广泛应用和反复研究论证,该模式特色鲜明,体系完善,具有较强的创新性、可行性和前瞻性,具有重要的现实意义.

Educational reform on the training mode of integrated TCM WM baccalaureate nursing students

In order to adapt to the development of nursing science and the demands of society and correctly grasp the development trend of higher nursing education,our college adhered to the principle of ＂people-oriented,guided by the demands of society＂ and developed the training mode of integrated TCM WM baccalaureate nursing students. A series of measures were implemented,such as identifying the training goals and objectives,constructing competence-based training mode,formulating teaching plan,updating teaching ideas,reforming practice teaching methods and paying close attention to the combination of production,teaching and research to improve the students＇ comprehensive quality. The training mode has distinctive characteristics and has been proved to be innovative ,feasible and forward-looking,and has practical significance.
