The design and application of the practice manual for nursing students in neurosurgery department

In order to improve the quality of clinical teaching in neurosurgery department,this paper introduced the design and application of the practice manual for nursing students. The tabular practice manual consists of four parts. The learning tasks and assessment form facilitated students to learn the complex contents in neurosurgery department; the peer assessment form and teacher-student interaction platform achieved interactive teaching; the students＇ documents provided valuable data for nursing education and research. The practice manual got high appraisal from both clinical teachers and nursing students, and improed the learning efficiency.
