中医院校护理专业实习生人文关怀能力调查

摘    要:目的 调查中医院校护理专业实习生人文关怀能力现状,为开展人文素质教育提供依据.方法 采用关怀能力量表,对某中医院校217名护理专业实习生进行问卷调查.结果 学生关怀能力总分为(175.54±15.43)分,低于国外水平.影响学生对患者实施关怀行为的因素包括患者态度(42.40%)、护理工作量(24.88%)、工作环境(12.44%)等.学生获得关怀知识的主要途径是讲座(94.47%)、父母和教师的言传身教(87.56%)、书籍和杂志(87.10%)、网络资源(85.25%)、电视或电影(82.95%).结论中医院校护理专业实习生人文关怀能力偏低,应加强人文素质教育,提高学生的关怀能力.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the level of caring ability among nursing students in clinical practice from TCM colleges,and provide reference for humanistic quality education. Methods Totally 217 nursing students in clinical practice from a TCM college were investigated with Caring Ability Inventory(CAI). Results The total score of caring ability was(175.54±15.43), which was below the average level of international norm. The main factors influencing caring behaviors were patients' attitude (42.40%),nursing workload(24.88%) and work environment(12.44%). The means to obtain caring knowledge were lectures (94.47%), influence of parents and teachers ( 87.56% ), books and journals ( 87.10% ), internet (85.25%), TV and movies ( 82.95% ). Conclusion The caring ability of nursing students from TCM Colleges in clinical practice is relatively low. It is suggested to strengthen humanistic quality education to improve students' caring ability.
