| 摘 要： | 目的 :讨论ERCP及内镜治疗对胆道疾病的诊断与治疗价值。方法 :对 36 0例接受ERCP检查及其中部分接受内镜治疗的病例进行总结分析。结果 :ERCP成功率 95 .5 6 % ,胆道结石最常见 ,占 5 9.88% ,其次为胆管癌 ,占 8.72 % ;12 1例行EST切开 ,10 5例取石或虫体 ,成功率 93.33% ;2例放置胆道支架 ;并发症发生率3.33%。结论 :ERCP对于胆道疾病的诊断明确可靠 ;内镜治疗可使其中相当部分免受开腹之苦。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate ERCP and endoscopic therapy in diagnosing and treating biliary diseases.Methods:Three hundred and sixty cases were performed ERCP and some of them were given endoscopic therapy.Results:ERCP was successfully undergone in 95.56% of the total cases.59.88% was diagnosed as cholelithiasis and 8.72% was diagnosed as cancer of the biliary duct, the two most common diseases. EST was taken in 121 cases and Biliary calculi or ascarides were withdrawn from 105 cases, and the success rate was 93.33%.Stenes were placed in 2 cases.Complication rate was 3.33%. Conclusion:ERCP is reliable on diagnosing biliary diseases and endoscopic therapy is available instead of operation. |
