繁缕的黄酮类化学成分研究

摘    要:目的对繁缕Stellariamedia(L.)Cyr.的化学成分进行研究。方法运用多种层析分离手段,通过1H,13C NMR等波谱技术及理化数据确定化合物的结构。结果分离并鉴定了5个化合物,其中4个为黄酮类化合物,分别为芹菜素(apigenin)(1),芹菜素6,8二CβD吡喃葡萄糖苷(6,8di C glucopyrano sylapigenin)(2),槲皮苷(Quercitrin)(3),槲皮素(quercetin)(4)和β胡萝卜苷(daucosterol)(5)。结论化合物3,4,5系首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:Objective To study the chemical constituents from the fresh herb of Stellaria media.Methods The chemical constituents of the plant were isolated and purified by column chromatography and their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis. Results Five chemical constituents were isolated and elucidated as apigenin (1), 6,8-di-C-glucopyranosyl apigenin (2), quercitin 3-Ο-α-L-rhamnoside (3), querctin (4), daucosterol (5), respectively. Conclusion Compounds 3, 4, and 5 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
