中西医结合治疗肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张34例疗效观察

目的观察中西医结合治疗肝硬化肝肝功能失代偿期食管胃底静脉曲张临床疗效。方法将61例患者随机分为对照组（27例）和治疗组（34例）,分别给予一般保肝治疗,治疗组则在此基础上加服调中减压煎,3个月后复查胃镜观察食管胃底静脉曲张的形态和颜色改变,观察疗效。结果治疗组有效28例（82.4%）,对照组有效14例（51.8%）,两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗肝硬化肝肝功能失代偿期食管胃底静脉曲张有较好的疗效。

Efficacy Observation of 34 Cases of Hepatic Cirrhotic Esophageal and Gastric Varicosis Treated with Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated Chinese and western medicine on esophageal and gastric varicosis at decompensatory phase of liver function in hepatic cirrhosis. Methods 61 cases were randomly divided into control group （27 cases）and treatment group （34 cases）and common liver protection therapy was applied. In treatment group, Tiaozhong Jianya Decoction was supplemented in oral administration. The efficacy was observed 3 months later. Results 28 cases were effective in treatment group （82.4%） ,and 14 cases in control group（ 51.8% ）, indicating significant difference in comparison （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The integrated Chinese and western medicine has a good effect on esophageal and gastric varicosis at decompensatory phase of liver function in hepatic cirrhosis.
