医院感染调查分析

本文对我院1993——1995年医院内感染监测资料进行了调查分析,出院人数33992人,感染人数1105人,总感染率为3.25％。外科系统中以烧伤科发病率最高,为21％;内科系统中以血液病科发病率最高,为11.36％。感染部位以手术伤口,下呼吸道、泌尿道为最多。不同疾病患者以损伤和中毒疾病类感染率高,为8.00％。主要医院感染病原体,G~+菌为金黄色葡萄球菌,表皮葡萄球菌;G~-菌为绿脓杆菌、硝酸盐阴性杆菌等。
