超声声学技术及动态心电图对室性早搏的定量分析

摘    要:利用超声声学技术及动态心电图对23例室早患者进行瞬时心功能观测及24小时记录作定量分析。结果表明,室早时射血分数下降46.07%,面积分数下降41.18%,每搏射血量平均减少20.25ml。心排血量减少。声学定量技术更准确地将室早诊断由定性发展到定量阶段。

Abstract:Instantaneous heart functions of 23 patients with ventricular premature contraction (VPC) were observed in acoustic quantification technique, and then recorded for 24 hours with holler electrocardiogram, During VPC. the ejection fraction dropped 46. 07%; the area fraction 41.18%; and the ejection output per beat reduced 20. 25ml averagely compaved to the norma'l amount. Acoustic quantification technique has developped VPC qualitative diagnosis into quantitative analysis more directly and accurately.
