软组织肿瘤的MRI诊断

摘    要:目的 评价磁共振成像(MRI)对软组织肿瘤的诊断能力。方法 分析61个软组织肿瘤(良性31个,恶性30个)的大小、部位、边缘、信号强度、周围水肿等特征,并与最后诊断结果进行比较。结果 部分良性肿瘤如脂肪瘤、血管瘤、神经源性肿瘤及个别恶性肿瘤依据MRI表现可以明确诊断。良性肿瘤中正确诊断率为52%。在良、恶性肿瘤间,病变的大小、水肿、骨骼侵犯等有统计学差异(P<0.05),但没有任何单一MRI征象可以鉴别肿瘤的良、恶性。结论 MRI可明确软组织肿瘤的范围,部分良性肿瘤和个别恶性肿瘤可以依据MRI征象正确诊断。

Abstract:AIM To evaluate the efficacy of MR imaging in pathologic diagnosis of soft tissue tumors. METHODS MRI features of 61 tumors (31 benign, 30 malignant), such as the size, location, margination, signal intensity, edema et al , were analyzed and compared with the final diagnosis established by surgical and pathologic examinations. RESULTS Histologic diagnosis could be made to some benign lesions including lipomas, hemangiomas, neurogenic tumors and specific malignant tumors. 52% of benign tumors could be correctly diagnosed on the basis of MRI demonstrations. Although some imaging features such as size, edema, involement of bone, et al , were statistically differential between benign and malignant lesions, no single imaging feature couldbe used to distinguish benign from malignant tumors. CONCLUSION Size of the soft tissue tumors could be clearly delineated on MR imaging, some of benign tumors and a little of specific malignant tumors could be correctly diagnosed with MR imaging.
