赛莱乐对多梗死性痴呆患者CD62P、CD63P、P10、DI的变化影响

目的观察赛莱乐治疗对多梗死性痴呆(MID)患者CD62P、CD63、P10、DI变化的影响.方法将禁用阿司匹林及尼莫地平的78例MID患者分2组,治疗组48例,应用赛莱乐150mg静滴,1次/日×15天;对照组30例,复方丹参20ml静滴,1次/日×15天,观测治疗前、后CD62P、CD63、P10及DI变化.结果治疗后治疗组CD62P、CD63、P10表达明显降低,DI明显增强(P＜0.01)与对照组比差异显著(P＜0.05).CD62、P10与DI呈负相关(P＜0.05),CD63与DI无相关.结论赛莱乐可降低CD62P、CD63、P10表达,抑制血小板活化,增强红细胞变形能力,对MID恢复有益.

Effects of Buflomedil Hydrochloride injection on CD62P,CD63P,P10,DI in multiple infarction dementia Patients

Objective:To observe the effects of buflomedil hydrochloride injection on CD 62 P,CD 63 ,P 10 ,DI alteration in multiple infarction dementia(MID) patients.Methods:78 patients with multiple infarction dementia who were inhibited with Aspirin and Nimodipine were divided into two groups:48 patients in therapy group received the Buflomedil Hydrochloride injection by intravenous infusion with 150mg/day for 15 days,while the rest in control group treated with an experimental compound Danshen by intravenous infusion with 20ml/day for 15 days. The alteration of CD 62 P,CD 63 ,P 10 ,DI before and after therapy were observed.Results:After 15-day treatment,the express in therapy group of DI enhanced according to the decline of CD 62 P,P 10 (P<0 01),which was inverse ratio(P<0 05).It had a greater difference than that in the control group(P<0 05).But,it showed no pronounced relation in the express of CD 63 and DI.Conclusion:Buflomedil Hydrochloride could decrease the express of CD 62 P,CD 63 ,P 10 ,inhibit platelet activation,enhance red blood cell deform ability,show a great benefit on the recovery of multiple infarction dementia patients.
