摘    要:目的:观察二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)和二十碳五烯酸(EPA)对高碘仔鼠甲状腺及脑代谢的生化指标的影响。方法:将动物随机分为3组:适碘组、高碘组,高碘+DHA EPA组(简称DHA组),饲养3个月后各组亲代小鼠雌雄交配,测定各组30日龄仔鼠脑组织相关的生化指标,结果:高碘组30日龄仔鼠脑重,脑蛋白质、DNA含量显低于适碘组、DHA组;高碘组30日龄仔鼠与适碘组、DHA组相比脑海马组织ACHE活性上升、ACH含量下降,以上各项指标,DHA组与适碘组相比均无统计学差异。结论DHA、EPA能抑,同碘引发的甲状腺肿大,可通过促进脑组织DNA,蛋白质及乙酰胆碱的合成而拮抗高碘所致的脑损伤。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of DHA and EPA on biochemical indicators of metabolism in the thyroid and brain in the filial mice with high dose iodine. Methods The mice were divided into three groups, one with medium dose iodine, the other two with high dose iodine and high dose iodine plus DHA and EPA (DHA EPA group), respectively. Three months after treatment, the mice mated in each group, and the biochemical indicators of metabolism in the brain of the 30 days filial mice were measured. Results The weight of brain and the contents of protein and DNA in the brain of 30 days filial mice with high dose iodine were significantly lower than those in the group with medium dose iodine and DHA EPA ( P <0.05). And, Activity of ACH in the hippocampal tissue of the 30 days filial mice with high dose iodine significantly increased and the content of ACH decreased, compared with those in the groups with medium dose iodine and DHA EPA, P <0.05. There was no significant difference in all the above indicators between the group with medium dose iodine and DHA EPA. Conclusion DHA and EPA could inhibit goiter and antagonize the damage of brain caused by high dose iodine through promoting the synthesis of protein, DNA and ACH in the brain tissues.
