精益管理在手术医疗耗材管理中的应用与效果

目的改进传统的管理模式,解决医疗耗材管理中的难点。方法借鉴现代物流管理中精益管理方法,建立了医疗耗材管理系统,对普通及高值医疗耗材进行存放备用,运用医疗耗材管理模式,全面跟踪医疗耗材及统计相关数据,为手术及时、有效、安全地提供所需的医疗耗材。结果改善后医疗耗材采购周期缩短近2/3;医疗耗材金额下降10.00%;医生对物品供应满意度提高,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论运用精益管理理论可以使手术室医疗耗材管理规范化。

Application and effects of lean management theory in the management of operation medical consumables

Objective To improve the conventional management mode and solve the difficuhies of medical consumables management. Methods Based on the lean management theory,a modern method of medical supplies management, we established a management system of medical consumables. The measures included reserving general and high -value medical consumables,and tracing medical consumables in the whole process, collecting and analyzing the related data under the guidance of the medical consumables management model,so as to provide the medical consumables safely,effectively,and timely. Results The cycle time of purchasing medical consumables was shortened nearly 2/3, the costs of medical consumables declined by 10.00% , and the satisfaction of doctors with the supply was improved statistically（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The application of lean management theory can nmkc the management of medical consumables of operating rooms standardized.
