健康体检中超声诊断胆囊息肉样病变的应用价值

目的探讨健康体检中超声诊断胆囊息肉样病变的意义。方法对1698例健康体检人群中胆囊息肉样病变进行了总结分析。结果超声检查健康体检人群1698例,其中非胆囊息肉组1588例（93.52%）,检出胆囊息肉组110例（6.48%）,其中单发息肉组86例（5.06%）,多发息肉组24例（1.41%）,伴有胆囊炎性改变19例（1.12%）,合并脂肪肝的35例（2.06%）,合并胆囊结石或胆囊附壁结晶10例（0.56%）,合并脾大2例（0.12%）,合并慢性胰腺炎的3例（0.18%）。结论超声检查在体检中能及时发现胆囊息肉样病变,早期诊治以提高人群的健康水平。

Application value of ultrasound diagnosis of polypoid lesions of gallbladder in physical exam

Objective To investigate the physical examination in the ultrasound diagnosis of gallbladder polypoid lesions of significance. Methods The 1698 cases of physical examination among polypoid lesions of gallbladder were analyzed. Results Ultrasonography 1698 cases of healthy people,including non-1588 cases of gallbladder polyp group （ 93. 52% ） ,detected 110 cases of gallbladder polyp group （ 6. 48% ） ,in which a single group of 86 cases of polyps （ 5. 06% ） ,multiple polyps Group 24 cases （ 1. 41% ） ,accompanied by a change of 19 cases of cholecystitis （ 1. 12% ） ,the merger of the 35 cases of fatty liver （ 2. 06% ） ,combined gallstone or gallbladder wall crystallization of 10 （ 0. 56% ） ,two cases of splenomegaly merger （ 0. 12% ） ,the merger of the three cases of chronic pancreatitis （ 0. 18% ）. Conclusion Ultrasonography can be in the physical examination to detect polypoid lesions of gallbladder,early diagnosis and treatment to improve the health of populations.
