外固定支架加有限内固定治疗胫骨高能量粉碎性骨折

目的:探讨一种治疗胫骨高能量粉碎性骨折的方法的可行性及有效性。方法:自1993年6月至1999年6月,对76例胫骨高能量损伤引起的骨折行多功能单臂外固定支架结合有限内固定治疗。结果:获临床及X线双重随访73例,骨折愈合率达100％,其中一期愈合率达96％,73例胫骨平均愈合时间为5.6个月。结论:外固定支架结合适量简单内固定是一种切实可行而有效的适宜于胫骨粉碎性骨折的治疗方法。既能起到坚强的固定作用,避免严重损伤骨折周围的血供,又能早期进行肢体功能的锻炼。

The Results of External Fixation Combined with Internal Fixations in the Treatment of Tibial Comminutted Fracture

Objective: To introduce a surgical tnerapy and its results in tne treatment of the tibiaicomminutted fracture caused by high-energy injury. Methods;From June 1993 to June 1999, 76 cases with the tibial comminutted fractures caused by high-energy injury were treated by the external fixator combined with simple internal fixations. Results: Follow-up was both clinically and radiologically performed in 73 cases. The healing rate of the fracture was 100% in this group, of which excellent healing reached 96%. The average healing time was 5. 6 months for the fractures of the tibia (73 cases). Conclusions : The external fixation combined with simple internal fixations was effective in the treatment of the tibial high-energy comminutted fracture. The aggressive impairment of blood supply around the fracture can be avoided and good stability obtained, which could promote bone healing and allow early functional exercises of the involved part(s).
