熵用于麻醉深度监测的研究进展

摘    要:1937年Gibbs等[1]首次提出用脑电图(EEG)监测麻醉深度的可能性,应用EEG信号来监测麻醉深度成为人们研究的热点.虽然麻醉前后EEG波形会有明显变化,但因EEG个体差异及变化较大,而且不同麻醉药物、导联、温度及环境的变化都对EEG信号有较大影响,所以EEG信号一直无法直接应用于临床麻醉.

Abstract:The concept of entropy has been brought into the field of monitoring anesthetic depth with the nonlinear dynamic algorithm being applied in the disposal of the unstable electroencephalogram signal. There are different entropy concepts concerning monitoring anesthetic depth, such as Shannon entropy, Kolmogorov entropy, entropy of the singular value decomposition, approximate entro- py, cross -approximate entropy, state entropy and response entropy. Compared with other measures of anesthetic depth, state entropy and response entropy emerged recently are much simpler, quicker and more accurate, which gives them a promising application in clinic.
