| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨腹腔内温热化疗治疗进展期胃癌患者的临床疗效。方法研究组为30例进展期胃癌患者，进行术中和术后第3、6、9天腹腔内温热化疗的治疗，对照组为随机选择的同期胃癌手术患者30例，未进行术中及术后的腹腔温热化疗。观察2组的复发率及生存率的差异。结果研究组术后随访1、2、3年的生存率复发率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论术中及术后早期行腹腔温热灌注化疗，其近期疗效肯定，可降低胃癌患者术后复发率，提高生存率。
