卵巢肿瘤中CD_(44)V_6与PCNA的表达及其意义

目的 :探讨卵巢良恶性肿瘤中 CD4 4V6 与 PCNA的表达及其临床意义。方法 :应用免疫组化 SP法对 42例恶性卵巢肿瘤、 2 4例良性卵巢肿瘤和 10例正常卵巢组织中 CD4 4V6 与 PCNA的表达进行检测。结果 :CD4 4V6 与 PCNA的表达特点相似 ,两者在恶性卵巢肿瘤中的表达均高于在良性卵巢肿瘤及正常卵巢中的表达 ;在发生转移的恶性卵巢肿瘤中的表达均高于未发生转移的恶性卵巢肿瘤中的表达。结论 :CD4 4V6 与 PCNA在恶性卵巢肿瘤的发生、发展及浸润、转移中起重要作用 ,可以作为预测恶性卵巢肿瘤转移潜能的指标

Expressions and significance of CD_( 44)V_6 and PCNA in ovarian tumor

Objective: It is to investigate the expressions of CD 44 variant 6 (CD 44 V 6) and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA/Cyclin) in benign and malignant neoplasm and the clinical significance. Methods: The expressions of CD 44 V 6 and PCNA in 42 patients of malignant ovarian tumor, 24 patients of benign ovarian tumor and 10 patients of normal ovarian tissue were detected by S P method of immunohistochemistry. Results: The expression features of CD 44 V 6 and PCNA were similar. They both showed significantly higher expression level in malignant ovarian tumor than in benign ovarian tumor or normal ovarian tissue. And the expressions of CD 44 V 6 and PCNA in metastatic malignant tumor were significantly higher than those of in non metastatic malignant tumor. Conclusion: CD 44 V 6 and PCNA both play an important role in carcinogenesis, progress, invasion and metastasis of malignant ovarian tumor. They may be used as a marker for predicting the metastasis of tumor.
