| 摘 要： | 本文分析我省二所医院1983～1987年间抢救的拟除虫菊酯类农药急性中毒16例。因其中10例(62.5％)被误诊为有机磷农药中毒而误用解磷定和/或阿托品治疗,故作者强调在中毒抢救中注重鉴别诊断,并慎用阿托品。

| Abstract: | An emergent treatment was received by 16 cass who suffered from pesticide of the synthelic pyrethroid poisoning in 2 hospitals. Their ages ranged from 9 to 50 years. 10 of them(62.5%)was mis- taken for the phosphorus pesticide poisoning. emergent treatment for acute poisining, the differeritial di- agnosis and precaution must be take so emphasis must be put upon to atropin treatment. |
