| 摘 要： | 从中国南海西沙群岛采集的海绵Ｐｏｌｙｍａｓｔｉｚ ｓｏｂｕｓｔｉａ中分离得到一个化合物，熔点１７８－１８０℃，分子式Ｃ４２Ｈ８５ＮＯ５（Ｍ＝６８３），通过元素分析及＾１Ｎ ＮＭＲ、＾１３Ｃ ＮＭＲ 、ＤＥＰＴ，ＭＳ等波谱确定该化合物为一种新的四羟基长链神经酰胺。

| Abstract: | A novel long chain tetrahydroxyamide compound (C42H85NO5, mp 178-180 degrees C) has been isolated from Polymastia sobustia collected from the South China Sea. On the basic of the spectral data of IR, MS, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, DEPT and chemical way, the compound was identified as N-(1-hydroxymethyl-2,6-dihydroxyl) heptadecyl-5-hydroxyltetracosanamide, sobustiamide. |
