| 摘 要： | 报告2例具有黑棘皮病表现的表皮痣.2例均为男性,16岁发病,皮损为黑棘皮病表现,但仅局限于单侧腹部和下肢,不超过人体正中线,持续存在而不累及黑棘皮病的其他好发部位.皮损分布与神经支配区域及皮纹线无明显相关性,而更符合沿Blaschko线走行的规律.组织病理学改变符合黑棘皮病.经维A酸类药物口服和外用治疗,近期疗效满意.

| Abstract: | Two cases of unilateral nevoid acanthosis nigricans are reported.Two male patients developed brown or black hyperpigmented and papillary hypertrophic lesions confined to the unilateral abdomen or leg at the ages of 16,which did not distribute along the dermatome or Langer's line,but along Blaschko's line.Histtopathological examination revealed epidermal hyperkeratosis and papillomatosis,dense inflammatory infiltration in the upper dermis,suggesting acanthosis nigricans.Oral and topical retinoids improved the condition temporarily.The relationships among epidermal nevus,acanthosis nigricans and the disease reported were discussed. |
