乌榄果降压作用的实验研究

目的:探讨乌榄果水提取物对血压、心率和心肌收缩力的影响。方法:采用颈总动脉插管法,测定大鼠血压和心率。应用Straub法制备离体蛙心,描记心肌收缩力和心率。经MedLab生物信号采集处理系统记录和处理实验数据。结果:乌榄果水提取物对正常大鼠有快速降压作用,且以舒张压下降为显著,并有减慢心率的作用。对离体蛙心心肌收缩力有快速、明显减弱作用。药效作用和作用维持时间随药物剂量的增加而加大、延长,具有一定的药物量效关系。结论:乌榄果水提取物具有快速较强降压效应和减慢心率作用。降压作用可能与减弱心肌收缩力和扩张外周血管有关,说明乌榄果含有丰富的降压活性物质。

Experimental Study on the Effect of Fructus Canarii Pimelae on the Depressurization

Objective:To observe the effect of the aqueous soluable part of extracts from Fructus Canarii Pimelae on the blood pressure,heart rate and heart contraction.Methods: The rats' blood pressure and heart rate were tested by using acarotis communis catheterization.The isolated frog hearts were prepared with Straub's method;The result were recorded using MedLab bio-signal collection system.Result: The extracts had a quick effect of depressurization for the normal rats,and the effect of lowering the diastolic pressure was more obvious.Moreover,the extracts had an obvious effect of shortening heart rate.The liquid extracts had a quick effect of lowering contraction of the isolated frog hearts,but did not alter the heart rate.The extent to the effect of pharmacodynamics and the duration time depended on the extract dosages.Conclusion: The extracts from Fructus Canarii Pimelae has an effect of lowering the blood pressure and shortening heart rate on rats.The lowering contraction of heart and expanding peripheral vessel may be the key factors of depressurization.This shows that Fructus Canarii Pimelae contains abundant of depressurization active composition.
