| 摘 要： | 针刺治疗疼痛性疾病具有确切的疗效,而疼痛作为一种主观的感受不便于测量,缺乏量化指标;因此,针刺镇痛疗效的评价工具也不一致,临床研究之间缺乏可比性.笔者总结了临床上常用针刺镇痛的评价工具,认为针刺镇痛的临床研究应在对主观指标进行定性和定量的基础上,从疼痛严重程度、伴随症状以及生活质量等方面,多角度进行综合评价,以充分体现针刺镇痛的优势和特色.
