尘肺病治疗的研究新进展

尘肺病是由于患者在职业活动中长期吸人矿物性粉尘并在肺内沉积而引起的以肺组织弥漫性纤维化为主病理改变的全身性疾病。目前，尘肺病是我国影响范围最广泛的职业病，它不仅危害其身体健康和生活质量，而且影响社会的和谐稳定。对于尘肺病的治疗，已成为当前尘肺病研究中迫切需要解决的问题。尘肺病不能治愈，目前也暂无特效治疗方法，但早期、综合、正确的治疗，可以在一定程度上稳定或控制尘肺病变的进展，进一步提高其生活质量，延长寿命。

New research progress of pneumoconiosis therapy

Pneumoconiosis is a systemic disease that results from long-term inhalation and intrapulmonary deposition of mineral dust in people exposed to occupational hazards, which main pathological change is diffuse pulmonary fibrosis. At present, pneumoeonio- sis is the occupational disease that has the greatest influence in China. It not only impacts patients＇health and life quality, but also threatens social harmony and stability. The treatment of pneumoconiosis has become the problem that has to be solved urgently in the research of pneumoconiosis. Pneumoconiosis cannot be cured, and now there is no specific therapy. However, early, compre- hensive and right treatment can control the progress of pneumoconiosis in certain degree, so as to improve patients＇life quality and extend their life.
