2011-2012年常州市公共场所集中空调冷却水和冷凝水嗜肺军团菌污染状况

摘    要:目的掌握常州市公共场所集中空调冷却水和冷凝水中嗜肺军团菌的污染情况,为预防公共场所中军团菌的传播提供科学依据。方法依据《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》(2006版)附录A冷却水、冷凝水中嗜肺军团菌检验方法进行检测。结果2011年41份水样,冷却水、冷凝水中嗜肺军团菌检出率分别为27.5%、41.6%,2012年65份水样,冷却水、冷凝水中嗜肺军团菌检出率分别为38.1%、34.8%,2年的检出率差异无统计学意义;宾馆/饭店56份水样,冷却水、冷凝水中嗜肺军团菌检出率分别为31.4%、28.6%;商场/超市50份水样,冷却水、冷凝水中嗜肺军团菌检出率分别为36.1%、50.0%。2类场所中的检出率差异无统计学意义。总计冷却水71份,冷凝水35份,检出率分别为33.8%、37.1%。结论该市公共场所集中空调冷却水和冷凝水受军团菌污染,检出率较高,存在一定的健康安全隐患,应加强集中空调系统的清洗消毒。

Abstract: Objective ] To understand the status of Legionella pneumophila pollution in cooling water and condensate water of cen- tralized air-conditioning system in public places of Changzhou City, provide scientific basis for preventing the transmission of Legio- nella pneumophila in public places. Methods] The study was conducted according to the detecting methods of Legionella pneumo- phila in cooling water and condensate water from Appendix A of the Hygienic specifications of centralized air ventilation system in public places { 2006 Edition). Results ] In 2011,41 water samples were detected, and the positive rate of Legionella pneumophila in cooling water and condensate water was 27.5% and 41.6%, respectively. In 2012, 65 water samples were detected, and the positive rate of Legionella pneumophila in cooling water and condensate water was 38.1% and 34.8%, respectively. There was no significant difference between two years. 56 water samples from hotel/restaurant were detected, and the positive rate of cooling wa- ter and condensate water was 31.4% and 28.6% respectively. 50 water samples from shopping mall/supermarket were detected, and the positive rate of cooling water and condensate water was 36.1% and 50.0% respectively. The difference between two places was not significant. 71 samples of cooling water and 35 samples of condensate water were detected, and the positive rate was 33.8% and 37.1% respectively. Conclusion] The cooling water and condensate water of centralized air-conditioning system in public places in Changzhou City have been polluted by Legionella pneumophila, with high positive rate, and there are some health and safety hazards. The cleaning and disinfection of centralized air-conditioning system should be strengthened.
